The 2011 4Runner was named Four Wheeler of the year by Four Wheeler Magazine, the Most Accessory Friendly SUV by Specialty Equipment Market Association and Vincentric's Best Value in America having the "lowest cost of ownership in its class." Also recognized in 2010, the Toyota 4Runner is one of the most durable vehicles out there, there are "more 4Runners are still on the road today than any other mid-size SUV." It's no surprise that the 2011 Toyota 4Runner is a great SUV; especially for those who enjoy a little bit of off-roading. Around town the 4Runner drives smooth and comfortably; but when you take it off-road the 4Runner performs excellently. This SUV is meant for those who enjoy a little adventure.

After removing the bolt, pull the power antenna mast assembly down from the mount and push the plastic sleeve up. Remove the black plastic cover from the power antenna and then the inside cover. Remove the nylon cable from the power antenna assembly.

Once this is done, you can install your new Toyota antenna. If this does not work to fix the problem, head to a Toyota 4Runner parts dealer or other maintenance shop to further assess the problem. As a last resort, the Toyota 4Runner parts dealer should be able to help you figure out what's going wrong.
